I got a few others before this that didn't help. I was teaching and standing up a lot. My feet were KILLING me and when I got these they barely hurt at the end of the day! I was heavy set when I first got these (200+lbs, female 5'6") and my own weight was against me. These were so pain relieving and I have since lost 60 lbs and these still work great! The arch is just right for my foot, I really needed arch support and it was so hard to find. They last a long time, I've had them 1.5 yrs still going strong.

Fits shoe insole perfectly. The arch support is amazing! It brought a lot of pressure off my feet and my back doesn't hurt as bad.

However, one of the insoles had a lower arch than the mate. It looks like a manufacturing defect. The 2nd pair I got are perfect.

When I felt how soft the arches were I thought they would not provide a lot of support, but I was quite wrong. They are very supportive and alleviate my plantar fasciitis. It's also great that the area under the metatarsals is soft, since I've lost the fat pads there. I've used these insoles daily for about a month and so far they have not worn out. So if they continue to hold their shape I will definitely buy these again - they are cheaper and better than many other brands. Regarding sizing: I wear a 10 in US men's shoes, 43-44 Euro sizing. I purchased the size 10-10.5 insoles and they fit in my shoes without trimming. So if you're a 10.5 they could be a bit short; you might want to size up and then trim the insoles a tiny bit.

I have used shoe inserts for many years, but it was time to replace some old inserts - and these looked great. I inserted them into my shoes and proceeded to walk a 3.5 mile loop around the local lake - with complete comfort. Unfortunately, these inserts had slightly higher and firmer arches than my old inserts and my feet must not have been used to the additional support. A couple hours later, my foot started to hurt. The next day was even worse -- so bad that I went to a Doctor for treatment. I don't think it had anything to do with the inserts -- again, they fit great and they were very comfortable, but as is the case with ANY new inserts, use sparingly until your feet adjust. And increase usage as your feet accept the change.

I buy these and keep them on hand. Everytime I buy a new pair of shoes, I use them. Less expensive than vionic insoles. 🙂

I've been using this insole for a few weeks now, and I have to say, they really do provide excellent arch support. My foot pain has noticeably decreased, and I feel much more comfortable walking and standing for long periods. However, I did find that they don't fit well in some of my narrower shoes, which is a bit of a downside since it limits which pairs I can use them with.

Arch support is great and it still manages to be soft
