Yoshida's marinade is my family's favorite. Not easy to find in stores, but when I found it on Amazon, I ordered a case! I use it for grilling, baking, broiling. We were cooking steaks on the grill, and the next-door neighbor's came over to see what smelled so good. I also use it in stir fry and other oriental style dishes beef and broccoli, beef and mushrooms, chicken lo mien and pork chow mien. Here's hoping you try good eating!

I can't recall ever giving out 5 stars for a product but in the case of Yoshidas it's more than deserving. I use it to marinate chicken, beef and salmon. I even use it when making beef jerky (along with special seasoning of course) and have been told by dozens of people it's the best tasting jerky they have ever had. I buy 6 of the 86oz bottles from Amazon to get the best deal and couldn't imagine life without it!
