Tride and true, a great knife!
A great and beautiful knife. It's edge was definitely sharp! I was very hesitant to order this after seeing the reviews saying it was dull, flimsy, and one even mentioning getting it out of the country rather than from here. I'm happy to report all of those reviews were rare cases or flat out false. This knife is amazing, the shipping was fast and from the US.

Excellent and Well-Made Knife
The Buck 120 is a classic, and this one definitely lives up to what I've heard! Be warned, it is a HUGE knife, so keep that in mind (I am 6'4 so don't be thrown off by the photo) but it is a great addition to my collection. I prefer the aesthetics of it over other standard large knives like the Ka-Bar, but don't let its nice design fool you, it can definitely take a beating if you plan on using it for its intended purpose and not just have it on display! The leather holster it came with is also a great bonus! It came extremely sharp and ready to go for whatever you want to put it through.

Buck knife shipping scam
Amazon placed my order with a Canadian supplier without informing me. I ordered a Buck knife. Buck is renowned for American Made, high quality knives. The result of Amazon placing my order with a Canadian company was a delay by customs 3 different times. I have yet to receive my American made Buck knife shipped from Canada. Not happy

Not sharp at all/Uneven grind on edge
Again very disapointed in the base grind. (Seems to be Bucks standard grind that is uneven and very rough) Other than that the 120 is a fine hunting/fishing knife for large game and large fish and would make a very good combat/survival knife for anyone after a lot of work on its edge.

Knife good! Amazon packaging NOT good!! Should send it back
The knife is great and amazingly the knife arrived intact, the knife box was destroyed during shipping though. I should send it back but I don’t wanna go through the trouble of packing it up and driving to a drop off center. So if you’re ordering this as a collectible be aware that Amazon will just throw it in a plastic bag and ship it. You’d think as much as this knife cost, a lil more care would be taken with packaging. I won’t order anything else like this from Amazon ever again. Buck 5 stars…Amazon 0 stars

Excellent product as usual coming from Buck
I was inspired to buy this knife since I already own a Buck 112 folder and a Buck 119 fixed blade. I bought the 119 30+ years ago sight unseen for about $20 and the 112 for about the same price about 20 years ago. Both knives are still like new although I have to admit that I don't abuse them much, having several knives that I use to spread out the wear. However, the 112 has been my EDC knife for a long time, even if it is used gently. They do take and hold an edge (just as their slogan says) and on a whim I ordered the 120 when I read that it was actually bigger than the Kabar Marine knife, which I also own.Well, the thing is very sharp, so don't cut yourself like I did when you take it out of the sheath. The thing is beautiful, my wife is envious, I think she wishes kitchen cutlery was that nice. She has a Mora knife to use as a seat belt cutting knife if need be, or a mugger discourager, but I have promised her a 112 of her own for an EDC.People who know Buck knives need no explanation, they are simply works of art for a price that won't break the bank. If you have never seen a Buck knife before, the money is well spent. However, I have a good selection of short knives and pocket knives to use, the 120 is not an EDC knife unless you are in the woods all day.

The nicest knife i own.
This knife is so gorgeous. It came out of the box shaving sharp and looks pristine, down to the sheath. I love this knife.
