My plan is to use them for short student book reviews and then place those books on display.

Cute Sticky Notes
We used these to guess where my son was going on his mission on a 5 foot map. It worked really well and happened to kind of match the map. There are a lot of colors and the paper is good quality. The sticky stuff seems perfect, but I have only used the notes on a laminated surface so far. He ended up getting called to go to South Korea!

Good—not exactly what I wanted though.
These are good for the price and give lots of space to write. However, they are really long and often get destroyed when sticking out of a book or binder.
