HONGJING Back Stretcher with Acupressure Points for Lower Back Lumbar Traction Back Board

I first started using this in the lowest setting and it gave my back a nice little arch support and comfort. Then I increased to the next setting and got the same with more of a stretch added. Then the 3rd and highest setting is where you feel the most difference. You really feel the arch and stretch on your lower back. It can hurt (and still does sometimes) but in a good way in knowing it’s stretching the trouble areas of your lower back and if you stick through it, it’s really benefitting the problem area.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a simple gismo that helps stretch the muscles and ligaments (disclaimer: I am NOT a MD) of the back by stretching them. It has 3 different levels of "stretching". Setting them up takes a few seconds (no more than 5 seconds).At first, I could barely do the first level, and it was somewhat painful. I now "graduated to the second, and hope to eventually get to the third. It is so simple to use and so helpful. It does great for stretching your low back especially, but not so comfortable otherwise.

Collapses almost flat when using it, defeating the purpose of it.

Does not support up to 330 LBS, I’m a bigger guy, about 6’6” and about 280-300 max. The base is really sturdy , but buckles when i attempt to use it on any setting . Sure it would work if you were around150 lbs.

I got this for a gift for my son-in-law and he’s using it constantly and she says it’s very good to help stretches back, he feels that it’s helping him

The quality is good and it works in my bad back.

It feels great, but it came messed up. The purple padding that is supposed to be on it came just laying in the box. There were no instructions or adhesive to put it on so I’m guessing I just got a defected product? I’ve had to lay it on it every time I need to use it and then it moves. It feels great, I just hate as a single mom spending money on something that doesn’t come in good shape.
