I love taking green tea supplements! I try alot of supplements but know not all works but I do think green tea ones do. These are a good size to take, fine to taste, great quantity and quality. Great price for how many you get. Great product.

Green tea is reputed to have various benefits as long as not consumed to excess.To their credit, Nature’s Best Green Tea tablet contains 250mg which is on the lower end of the recommended daily dosage (250mg to 500mg daily according to various sources).As it is my custom to research how, why and when to take supplements as well as any possible positive or negative effects or conflicts with medication/foods and so on, I discovered that it is advised to take the Green tea drink or Green tea supplements between, rather than, with meals.In accordance with the above, I have not exceeded the recommended dose and have consumed it daily between meals for about a fortnight. I have not experienced positive or negative effects but these can take 30 days or more to take effect. In view of the high standards of manufacturing of these tablets as described on the product page, the information given (incl expiry date and batch number) I am giving these tablets 4 stars.
