Gave Shower An Updated Look
Wanted to update my bathroom but not spend a lot of money. Changing the fixtures was the perfect way. Went from dated silver chrome to black and it looks fantastic. Quality craftsmanship, heavy duty materials, not cheap metal. Works great and provided just what my bathroom needed to give it a remodeled look.

Seal to shower pipe leaks water. Poor design.
Bought for client. The rubber sealing screen at shower wand holder is poorly designed. It leaks water. I finally solved problem by cutting a plastic ring to fit outside of plastic tube at base of wand holder to support pressure from threading onto shower pipe.

FRUSTRATED FURIOUS AND ANGRY!!
NO STARS FOR THIS !! ⚠️ DO NOT BUY!!! We finally got around to painting our bathroom and today we started changing our Moen nickel hardware to this beautiful Matte Black set and guess what?! It doesn’t fit!! 🤯😤😡🤬 You’d think changing Moen to Moen things would be a sinch but noooooo why would they?!! Wish I could rate this a 0

Instructions are garbage
We followed the instructions perfectly. If you buy this faucet, do not follow the instruction for placement of the valve body. The instructions say that the plaster cap needs to be flush with the finished wall for proper depth. However if you make it flush to the finished wall your handle will stick out like the picture of ours. And the only way to fix it at that point it to tear out the wall and start over. You need for the plaster cap to be inset from the finished wall about 3/8- 1/2 an inch for the handle to actually sit flush or close to flush with the escutcheon.
