While this text would benefit from better editing on a micro and macro level, it is nevertheless invaluable for the useful and important information and wisdom it contains. I highly recommend wading through it’s uneven and somewhat random mix and order of content for its priceless gems.

I recommend this for EFT practitioners or for any individual desiring to improve EFT understanding and application.EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and this looks at each technique (or phenomenon) in detail.This is a compilation of white papers written by experts who are very good at speaking plainly. Research is cited; interesting, relevant examples are given. The Table of Contents is detailed and very helpful. This was not a quick read for me but very well worth the time! I will refer to this book often!

This is a great and long book. It contains information regarding research on EFT's effectiveness, as well as many clinical tools we can use with ourselves or with our clients.

Everything anyone should know about EFT is in this book: research, clinical applications, fundamental techniques of EFT.A great supplement to emofree.com.I would have given 5 stars if the font was one step larger. I wear bifocals and I still have difficulty reading the font. Off to the drug store to get readers.

This is a great book explaining both the art and science of EFT. It is a must read for beginning practitioners. My only comment is that it would have been nice to see a few illustrations to help. Especially for the hand points such as the 9 gamut. Otherwise it was easy to read and understand.

What is needed along with the research is a clear description of the standardized treatment used in the resear,ch so more replication could be pursued.Dr Ken

I'm a candidate to become an EFT practitioner. This book is invaluable to my studies. It is arranged so that I can easily select the pertinent topics. It is very broad in its content, providing a wealth of information. I refer to it often and am glad I purchased it.

This book has so much to offer anyone who is tapping or working with others.

I have found this so informative and helpful to expanding my EFT practice. It wasn't what I expected because each chapter is written by a well respected practitioner. The advice is invaluable. Not a book to be read once only. Have ordered volume 2!
