Works great. Keeps my 957 Sq st house nice and toasty. Built in blower works great. Definitely worth the money. I use natural gas. Easy install. I had a gas line already but if you do not, you need to purchase one for this heater. Definitely recommend

Ignition/thermostat control knob did not work, nor would the pilot light ignite.But worse was the customer service both from Factory Direct and Amazon. I had to get the Amazon A-Z Team involved, the first representative, Elaine, told me to check my email, which l should receive within 1 week. Elaine failed to file the report. I ordered the Hearthsense on Jan. 5, received on Jan. 10. It is now Feb. 1 and l still don't have a free return label, nor do l have a refund.Do yourself a favor and just buy a Mr. Heater from Lowes or Home Depot.

This works well for our she shed. The blower didn’t work well but some of the vent slots were bent and hitting the fan, possibly in moving, but we got it going great. Blower is a little noisier than expected.

Works awesome heats up fast.I'm using it to heat my garage could not ask for more and great price considering it comes with a blower.

It looks very good and the size is good, but the product never has worked. I am waiting on the seller to contact me on what is needed to make this purchase a success.

Heater came from factory with pilot light not properly aligned causing gas to leak when heater was burning..Cost $125 for gas company to come and fix it...Half of what the heater cost but ultimately costing $375 total with having the repairs made...Bad business
