Excellent product
The psyllium caps are easy to take and easy to digest. No feeling of discomfort. This is an excellent and natural way of ensuring bowel regularity and keeping the colon clean. Very gentle on the system and now my bowel movements are easy and consistent. No more feeling bloated or having that very uncomfortable backed-up feeling of missing 1 or 2 days. (yuck!) These are so easy to use and natural, too. I've tried a few other colon cleaning products but this one is definitely the best. From here on out, it is smooth sailing with these caps!

Buyer beware! These are advertised as "veg capsules," and the bottle I ordered arrived with a sticker on it that proclaims "veg caps," but the bottle itself clearly states that the capsules are made of gelatin. And gelatin comes from horses' hooves. This is false advertising. Very disappointing! If you even look at the closeup on this website, you can see that "gelatin" is a capsule ingredient.

Cleaning Machine!
I was a bit leery about buying this product, as I have used others that claim to not cause that bloating feeling and then does just the opposite. However, so far so good. The daily dosage of 3 capsules is a bit high for me, so I reduced it to two daily with plenty of water throughout the day. This product has been a consistent cleaning machine since day two! Will be buying again.... AJN

Two birds with one stone!
A change in diet left me with a problem I haven't dealt with in a long time. The liquid solution is not that pleasant. The Dr. said additional fiber would help lower my high cholesterol.

I like this product!
It's easy to use no mixing with water as the traditional type that helps eliminate waste. It's just capsules to take, easy on the stomach, elimination is smooth nothing harsh, very natural.
