Could never find anything but course in the stores. So, glad they had the flakes available on amazon. Large size. Gonna last me a while. Not too expensive. Tastes fresh, good. I took it from box and placed in mason jars for storage and had so many jars filled. Looks and feels just as I'd hoped. Good quality salt. Perfect for my shaker. I use it on everything. Perfect spice. Easy to use.

This has to be the best salt available! I cannot eat sea salt, which is in everything now, but I also don’t want to eat all the additives in the regular table salt found in stores. The cooking shows I watch all use this Diamond Crystal salt so I had to come and find it on amazon! The three pound box is a much better price per pound than the one pound box that they sell at the grocery store. The salt contains way less sodium, so I do need to adjust my recipes with more salt than it says, but I have found that I don’t always need to double it or anything. I love that this is such a clean product! I hope nobody ruins it by putting additives in it!

I bought this salt after seeing Mavavation’s testing that is had negligible amounts of heavy metals in it compared to all other brands. One box has lasted forever in spite of me cooking every day with it and also using in my water for hydration. I don’t think I’m even halfway through the box! Love it’s flakes and taste!

My wife who is always watching our sodium intake (we're both retired with high blood pressure) loves this brand for cooking and meals since it is lower in sodium, but not lacking in salt flavor. Our local store where she usually bought it stopped carrying it, so we were happy to find it here on Amazon. Bon apetit!

this is my FAVOTIRE salt to cook with. easy to use in a pinch-pot. rub a pinch of salt between your fingers and it will turn to nearly powder - I can't stand the texture of salt crystals; I want it to be a flavor enhancer not an additional texture. THE PERFECT COOKING SALT! LOVE

Got this because it sticks to the food even if it’s not moist.

Like the fact that this salt is free from heavy metals and the fact that some of the more respected chefs use this, so had me wanting to try it. The first thing I noticed is that the 'flakes' are very fine, even thigh this isn't marketed as a 'fine' salt. I'm used to Mortons in the blue box. I guess I'll get used to it, I was wondering though if this is normal.
