I seldom write product reviews because few products live up to their hype and my expectations. However, the Rhodiola Rosea Gummies far exceeded my expectations. I order this product to help control my cortisol levels.As a bit of background, I have been lifting weights for just a little over 40 years. Currently, I lift five (5) days a week, as well as walk several mile three (3) or four (4) days a week. As you can imagne, I live with daily aches and pains. I do not lift as heavy as I used to and i lift more for muscular strength and endurance. Consequently, I suffer from tendonitis (it sucks getting old).After taking this supplement for four (4) days, the aches and pains in my shoulders, elbows and lower back, as well as a six (6) month bout of tendonitis in my right elbow were completely gone! This product taste great, however it contains Malitol. This causes cramps and bloating and one of the worst of the artificial sugars. It makes me very sick and it's not returnable. I love the flavor and the texture and wish I could take these but unfortunately Im of the lucky ones that gets sick from malitol.

It has been my first bottle. I really like the taste. I have been noticing that I do not feel like taking a nap as much and also have noticed that I focus more during the day. My only question is if I should start taking the next bottle or give my body time to rest from it?
