Teapots, Buttons, Memi and Me

Although this is a YA book, I'm an adult and completely enjoyed it. Highly recommend to kids and adults who want a well written and a touching story. Loved it!

This beautifully written story will warm your heart as it invokes childhood memories. Sophia is easy to relate to as she continues to work through the loss of her beloved grandmother a year after her passing. There's something for all ages in this story about the power of love and how our loved ones may physically go away but can still remain in our hearts forever.

A beautifully written book and a lovely author!

This is an exquisite, moving, real story about a young girl who loved her grandmother very much. When her grandmother dies and she arrives ahead of the family for the summer vacation at the beach, she finds Memi in all the little things Memi left behind for her. She also discovers that you never really lose a loved one. I highly recommend this beautiful story.
