Cuisinart Custom Clad 5-Ply Stainless Cookware 1 Qt. Saucepan w/Cover, CC519-14

This is just the little pot I was looking for. It's the perfect size for a single portion of rice or reheating a small amount of leftovers. I have a 1.5 quart pot, but it's just a bit too big for those small tasks. The pan is built like a tank with thick walls and bottom to evenly distribute the heat. I work in a professional kitchen and while I love all-clad, viking, and made-in pans cuisinart has always made my favorite multi-ply sauce pots. I currently have two of the cuisinart multi-clad pro pots (1.5 and 4 qt sizes), and this one is of the same stellar quality. I still recommend all-clad for fry pans (the flared edges make it easy to toss with), and made-in for sauciers, but cuisinart has unbeatable quality and price for sauce pots.

Mirror finish cleans up with a quick soak. So don't use abrasive cleaners.

Great little pot, perfect size for melting butter, making a small batch of chai, etc. Has a good weight, feels quality for the price.

The three sizes are great. Excellent for our two person kitchen. Big enough for company. Very nice feel and finish. Good value for money.

Heavy, well made small pot that heats quickly.And it is stainless. Second Cuisinart pot, will add more to my collection.
