It is hard to review supplements in knowing if they're working. I find this one works for me, because when i stopped taking it I noticed my stomach went back to not feeling as good. It seems to help the plumbing work better in my system. I am not having acidic stomach issues when taking this and in general I feel better. I recommend trying it.

I order this just about every other month. It is fantastic. Helps with brain fog and memory. Also gives me an energy boost.

I decided to try this because I was suffering from being really tired in the afternoon, and experiencing brainfog. I can definitely say this works for me. I take 2 caps in the morning, and I am energized and thinking clearly into the evening. I used to spend part of my lunch trying to get in a 20 minute nap, but now I don't even think about it or need it. Greart product.
