INTERTAPE POLYMER GROUP 00211 Hurricane Tape, 1" x 60 yd

Incredibly strong tape. Don't even try to tear it. The adhesive is a little weak however, which is a good thing for applications where residue is a concern. But the tape can separate from the surface it adheres to if you do not press it on carefully or back it up with another adhesive. We use this tape in place of steel tie wire and use a small strip of masking tape or duct tape to keep the end in place.

Pros - great strength, cannot tear it. Best use would be wrapping something like a shovel or rake handle.Cons - Not very sticky at all, hence about the only good use I could see it wrapping something. Comes off very easily. Does not stick to itself or anything very well. Ended up using gorilla tape instead for the project and it worked much better (at a 1/3 of the cost)

I guess its strong enough, strength wise, but don't use it in a hot climate. It wont stay on. So hurricane tape is just a name, you can't actually use it where hurricanes are.

Haven't used it yet, so can't speak as to the quality… But do know that the item pictured is not what you will receive. Look at the description and you'll note that the width is .9 inch, and that's what you'll get: A roll of the width of masking tape, not the duct tape width displayed. I suppose I should have read more closely instead of, you know, trusting the seller to put up a picture of the actual item.

Not sticky enough to stay on. This is the worst rip off I have gotten on Amazon! Says how strong and adhesive it is and falls right off. Total crap.

Love it a great hybrid tape.
