Unfortunately, these cartridges would not work in my printer. The printer did not recognize them so it kept saying it was empty. I searched for several hacks to work around this problem, but none of the solutions ultimately worked. After several hours of trying I drove to the store, paid full price for HP ink, and finished my printed project in the nick of time.I have used refurbished or refilled ink in the past so I was willing to give it a shot despite the many reviews warning about the same fate. I wanted these to work since they give a much better value for money, but in the end my time, deadline, and sanity was worth buying genuine ink.

I received my ink cartrages from amazon in June of this year. The date on the box it is good til is 02/2021.Due to a Fx back I have not been able to use these til now. I worked several hours trying to get them to work. They were sealed so I wasn’t worried. Long story short my cartrages are dry. Even when I rubbed them....no ink. Please replace these I would appreciate it

Sometimes they work well, but HP recognizes them as "inferior" in the printers, so you are not able to complete an alignment, setting up a whole range of products, requiring keystrokes every time you print to "confirm" your printer is not aligned .... Smart HP does not want you using these

This ink is a great value! The printer recognizes the cartridges a genuine hp that has been previously used but no problems with the quality. Initially I got an error code saying there’s was a problem with the cartriges being recognized but I just reinstalled the cartridges with the printer on and everything worked as it should. Would definitely repurchase these again!

The cartridges were packaged in a fitting box, with secured plastic around each of them. The cartridges went in easily and I was able to print without any issues. Colors are as they should be. I will definitely be purchasing in the future to save money. I had been buying HPs ink, but no longer will. Thank you!

I have never trusted going this route with ink. I am a believer now!!! I sold ink years ago and I always heard horror stories from customers. Then I realized that they would not be able to stay in business if it was really bad. I was happily surprised that it worked like a charm.

The price on this 3 pack was great. The first black cartridge and the color cartridge worked perfectly. The second black cartridge would not print clearly, skipped and smeared all over and ended up with ink stains all over my hand getting rid of it. In the end the price paid was the same as most others for 2 cartridges.

Updated review. InkInk Topia was very quick to respond to my product issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their customer service is 5star. Will definitely work with in the future.Product doesn't work in my 4500 Envy printer. Screen reads cartridge must be replaced. I've installed and re-installed the print cartridge several times and powered on/off the printer and nothing seems to work.
