Love these. It's very convenient to have the pouches because they are so easy to take on the go. The flavors are very good, and it makes for a nutritious snack.

Even as an adult, I love applesauce on the go. It's a nice healthy snack that you don't have to worry about it melting or getting smashed in a bag of backpack. These taste great. They arrived with plenty of shelflife left. Not that they lasted that long. I'd purchase again.

These are super easy to just hand to my little one. And he loves the taste of them. They are good for him too! Highly recommend.

I’m not a big applesauce person, but as an adult even I like these flavors. I take them as a quick pick me up when working my 12 hr shifts in case I feel like my blood sugar is low. My kids love them as well. The rhubarb gives it a spicy ish flavor. I can’t quite explain it, but I really like it. My kids haven’t complained about it, though!

I usually buy apple sauce pouches from wholesale stores because it’s cheaper but they didn’t have this kind so I bought it from amazon. They’re very handy to have on a day out and the big difference between the ones sold at wholesale stores is that these are much more nutritious for kids. The flavor was okay but not my kids favorite. If you’re looking for something nutritious then this is for you/your kids but it’s a bit pricier.

Adult here using these to take medication. Due to allergies I am unable to take capsules or pressed pills. My Dr. recommended emptying the capsules into the GoGo squeeZ and I was able to take them that way. These GoGo squeeZ were a life saver for me as well as great tasting and a good price here on Amazon.
