PropétWomen's Delaney Ankle Boot

These shoes are fantastic! I wore them to Salem, MA during our late September trip, where it rained on our first night. They were not too heavy in my carry-on, held up great in the rain and my feet stayed dry. They looked cute with jeggings as well as with my maxi dresses. We walked all over the city and my feet didn't have any hot spots, or rubbing, or any of the usual shoe pains that come with a full day of walking. I usually have to go up a size and put in comfort insoles but I didn't have to do any of that with these. Plenty of room for comfy socks and cushion on the inside. I have a very low arch, and these did not dig into the middle of my foot like most orthopedic shoes do, and my toes were able to splay comfortably. I did not experience any stiffness nor squeaks. I want to get more pairs and in multiple colors! (But I got them at a sale price, so I hope there's another good sale). I'm more than satisfied.

I ordered these because I was looking for something that was easy to slip in and out of to wear on colder days. I have worn propet brand before and have been impressed with their style, comfort and durability. These booties do not disappoint. So far, (I've worn them only a few times), I love them. They fit perfectly, even with big socks, they look great and are supportive and warm. I highly recommend!!

Ok, so I wear a women's 11 with a fairly wide foot. I often wear men's 9s for casual styles because they tend to run wider, but almost always have to order women's extra wide. I was excited to see these boots because they are so cute and offer inclusive sizing! So I ordered the boot, tried it on...it sort of fit but was pretty tight, so I decided to size up. When I went to request the exchange, I realized that I had accidentally ordered (or was mistakenly sent) an 8.5!! Never in my adult life have I worn a size 8.5!! How did I even get my foot in there?? To everyone who says these fit true to size...where are you getting your shoes that "true to size" means a full 2 sizes larger than usual? Anyway, I exchanged them for a size 10, worried that if I got my regular size I would walk right out of them. And I imagine that is true because I'm currently wearing the 10s and while they're quite comfortable, I definitely have to wear bulky socks to keep them from sliding around. Wild ride! But I do like the boots, lol.

i have these in navy blue leather and indigo blue suede, so i had to get them in this brown.i have extra wide but short feet (thanks mom and dad for that particular gene)... i can count on propet to fit me. i can also count on propet to be comfortable, well made and most of the boots and shoes are water resistant.i can wear any of my propet shoes or boots all day and not have a problem.i like that these boots also have a side zipper, so you can lace them up the way you feel most comfortable with, and then just use the side zipper (unless you have kittens, who like to play with laces... don't ask, they're two and three now, i hope they grow out of this phase soon)ok and the brown is a nice color, they look good, they feel good.....what more do you want?ahem ok, well i would like this same boot in a dark wine color....... and also maybe in a denim blue....just saying if someone from propet is listening

I bought these almost exactly a year ago and here I am shopping for boots again. The inner material in the backs of mine disintegrated and the hard material that keeps the backs rigid started breaking away. The exterior leather also definitely could have held up better for the price; they were dull and scuffed up after only a few months in a way that I could not fix up with normal leather maintenance.That said, these had room for my inserts, are so comfy, and have a look that is neutral enough that I can wear them in all kinds of situations. If they'd lasted maybe closer to 2 years or were less expensive, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

Ordered and received 7.5 WIDE black boots today; returned them as I would need 8.0 WIDE to wear with wool socks and have room to wiggle toes.PROS: Sturdy material; short and snug enough where the shaft will not interfere with pants' cuffs or rub against ankle bone; side zipper makes it easy to slip on/off.CONS: the boots squeaked when I was trying them on; don't know whether this is a permanent issue or just because they are new; not willing to lose money on trying to 'break in' the boots and see if the squeaking stops.Shoe lace material seems to be the type that will come undone if not double-knotted.

I love the comfort of these boots. They are good quality for the price. They run a little large which is perfect for thick winter socks. I've only worn them a few times but I expect I will wear them daily once winter weather hits north Idaho. Buy these boots!

I need a wide 4E shoe which greatly limits my options, but once again Propet came through. Boots worked so much better than sneakers on trails, with equal comfort. In the last 2 weeks they have hike Zion, Bryce, winter Canyon, Arches and Dixie National Forest. Only downside are the lace casings which frayed and opened on both shoes. Laces are easily replaced except in some of the remote places the boots took me😉 That’s the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5.

Having found a boot for walking that is not too heavy and looks nice several years ago and in a narrow fit, I was confident that this boot in navy leather would be fine. This is my fourth pair of these boots - only one pair eventually wore out at the heel - I have the others as I like to have them in different colours to go with different clothing. The only thing is, if it is torrential rain the wet does get in by the laces. I do have an expensive pair of AA width 'proper' walking boots that cost a lot a number of years ago, but the last time I put them on I couldn't bear the weight even if they are completely waterproof. I thoroughly recommend them and the price from the USA is much better than buying them in the UK. I received them swiftly in just over a week's time from ordering.

I cried for joy when I put these boots on. I am 5'10" and wear a size 9.5 shoe — always a 9.5, never a 9 or a 10 — and it's a major challenge to find comfortable shoes and boots that don't make my feet look like boats. These boots are the answer to my prayers. They somehow manage to be totally functional and beautiful at the same time. I ordered a 9.5 W and I wish I had been able to order a regular 9.5 but they were sold out. I'll order another pair of regular 9.5 just to wear with lighter socks and carve off that little bit of extra width to make this sleek and fashionable boot even sleeker. I have a bunion on the left foot and a hammer toe on the right foot, and these boots are perfectly comfortable, right out of the box. I was able to wear them on a 40-minute speed walk the very first time I put them on, and experienced no pain whatsoever. I love the little lift in the heel and the suede and the fact that these boots hug the foot while offering warmth and support. These boots seem incredibly versatile. I could see wearing them on cold fall days when there is no snow on the ground, but they will also take me through some of the coldest days, as long as there is not a ton of slush or deep snow on the ground. For that kind of weather, I've bought another pair of Propet boots with a rubber base and a higher calf. Between these two pairs of boots, I should be able to get through just about anything the Canadian winter decides to throw at me.
