Newhouse LightingT5-3018-4 LED Bulb, 3W (18W Equivalent) T5 Halogen Replacement Lights, 300 Lumens, 12V, 3000K, White, 4-Pack

I bought one of these about a month ago, just to see how much of a difference it would make. Needless to say, I was shocked on how much brighter (whiter) the light output was. The original light output was so yellow. This just makes the area more like daylight. Another advantage is ... they do not get as hot as the other standard bulb. So I'm a very happy customer and I'm back to order more. My landscape lights are quite old and are from Malibu. I cleaned the lenses and with these LEDs, it all looks so much better. I even had comments from some of my friends when they come up the driveway. Finally ... .I'm saving some $ by replacing 18W bulbs with 3W. I sure hope they last or I'll be back with an update.Thanks Newhouse for your product.UPDATE: 2/16/2018 - These lights continue to work with the same ideal results. Not a one has burned out!!

There doesn't seem to be many good choices for undercabinet lighting that will fit. This was slightly bigger than the Zenon bulbs, but it fit. I think it's higher than 3000K, seems more like 4000K, which isn't so bad. For the dimmable aspect, they don't work even for a light with a high/low switch. They are a bit pricey too. In a perfect world, I would love if I could get something around 5 watts and a bit lower K or an actual 3000K.

The bulbs are a very attractive, warm, and energy saving replacement for halogen in my kitchen counter light fixtures. When a couple inexplicably failed, the company promptly replaced them, honoring without question the five-year warranty. Gives me much more confidence in Newhouse.

We bought a house with a dated bar area. The halogen lights did nothing but give off a yellow tired light. I replaced the bulbs under the cabinet and took the bulbs out of the pucks near the cabinet inside (the shelves are wood not glasss). A world of difference. Wish they just sold singles because I needed 5 and had to buy 8.

My recently purchased condo had halogen under cabinet lighting. I fricking hate halogen. They are hot, burn out quickly and randomly, and have to handled carefully. Bought these to replace those. Love them. Very bright, not glarish or blue.

Fantastically built LED with bright light. I bought a few T5/921 LED replacements to compare and pick one. This plus Philips and Osram had THE BEST build quality and at a completely different class than stuff with exposed LED (JDM was another brand). Compared to Philips and Osram this has the brightest light by a good margin, Osram next then philips.However, this is a massive bulb! It's way too fat and long for my outlet, so I had to return it, otherwise it'd be the winner and 5-star.

I’m using these to replace 18W Xenon bulbs for our under-counter lighting (Alico Zee Lite fixtures). I bought an initial set of four, and tested them in our various light fixtures. I’ve only experienced the rapid ‘flickering’ in the single-bulb fixture. The three and four bulb fixtures can use all LED bulbs. I haven’t tested any dimmers on these new bulbs - the research I’ve done suggests that this may make any ‘flickering’ problems worse. Very pleased with these bulbs so far ... will update this review if I notice any problems with continued use.
