Very easy to use. Sticks well but doesn't pull skin too much when removing. So glad I got these Sleep Strips! I don't wake up with a dry mouth any more.

This mouth tape has good adhesion to them. This mouth tape keeps my mouth close the entire night. It doesn’t fall off like the other one advertised on Amazon. I will buy again once I run out. I think the value should go for $3 to $6 not $16. But because it worked for me i have to pay the amount that it is advertised for.

I have a sleep disorder. Air moves back and forth through a comfortable nasal fitting. Air is warmed and humidified for comfort. Works well save for one problem. I open my mouth when I fall asleep so some sneaky air traveled through my mouth. My mouth, throat, vocal cords felt dry in the morning. Singing and even lots of talking quickly made me hoarse.Solution? Stop mouth from dropping open. A couple ways to do this. One idea is to wear a rubber band like piece of gear to hold mouth closed. I chose the one where you tape mouth shut. Stop laughing. Worth a lot of jokes and It is not hard at all! I fall asleep just as quickly and forget all about it.

I love this product. I’ve bought it 3 times because it’s the best.m I’ve found. It’s not too sticky so it does not hurt to take off and it’s sticky enough to stay on all night.

I have been using regular medical paper tape, 1", which I cut to length and then open a hole in the middle. Works just fine. good balance of adherence and ease of removal without pain. But I figured I'd try something pre-cut to save me the time. This X tape is useless. Fell off during the night. Tried it 2 nights in a row and replaced it when it fell off but it fell off again. Not the right adhesive. I have no facial hair and shave before I put it one. I recommend using paper time and cut it yourself rather than buying specialized products. You'd have to try each one and see if they work but not worth the trouble unless you have some special situation, e.g., facial hair.

As with all Amazon orders, received promptly. At a party with friends, I mentioned that I was having a hard time getting used to my C PAP machine, as my mouth stays open, and I wake up with exactly the dry mouth and throat I am trying to avoid w the sleep machine.
