TRENDY VIBES 3- Seater Sofa Cums Bed Furniture | 6x6 Feet, for Home,Living Room & Office -Grey-Color

We decided to experiment with this product as it was a sofa cum bed. The problem is that one of the sofas had their cover torn and the other one was warped like a boat. The base was bent and curved so it would not sit on 4 feet properly. As this was a large item, any return would be at our expense which we were not prepared to do.The functionality of the sofas were good. But they are very low in height which made it difficult for people with arthiritis to sit so low and then get up.The sofas are economical and value for money. That's it. This is not a main living room furniture type of material. This is more like backup furniture or guest bedroom furniture or for very tight spaces. We could not fix the torn cover or the warped base. We donated both to underprivileged families who were very happy to receive them. They have found good homes, just not ours

Size is ok. Comfort is ok. The height is little bit lower (like lower berth in the Train). Hence the back shoulder is not fully rested. One of the leg is not resting properly in the floor. Can you please advise Is it designed like this or it should not be like this or any problem with the piece.
