An excellent charger accompanied by a high-quality USB-C cable with e-marker functionality
Due to its size, having the plug attached directly to one corner of the power supply could present problems if you need to plug it directly into a 13 Amp mains wall socket. For example, if your wall sockets are low to the floor and close to your skirting boards, you might find that the long body of this charger prevents the mains plug from sitting flush in the socket. At this point, you will need to source a mains extension lead. It’s not a big problem, but just something to be aware of. The overall aesthetic, styling and build quality is typical of an Apple styled product. It comes with a substantial USB-C to USB-C charging cable. Although the cable is quite thick, it remains very flexible. It’s not nylon braided, but its style is in-keeping with the Apple styled theme and of reasonable quality. The connectors have an adequate strain relief that appears to be bonded to the cable for additional strength. I checked this cable for an “e-marker” chip using my FNB58 tester, and the cable reports the following:Speed: USB 2.0Length: 1-2 MMax voltage: 50 VoltsCurrent 5 AmpAs can be seen, this cable is effectively rated at 250 Watts (50 Volts x 5 Amps), so it’s more than adequate for this 140-Watt charger.Supported Charging Protocols----------------------------------------I hooked the power supply up to my FNB58 tester to see what charging options this power supply has to offer (see below). The claims of supporting Power Delivery (PD) 3.1 are verified in the results. Also, it’s interesting to see that it supports MediaTek Pump Express as well (last 2 entries on the list).PD: 3.1 140W PDO:7BC 1.2: DCP 5V 1.5ASAMSUNG AFC: 9V 12VHUAWEI FCP: 5V 9V 12VHUAWEI SCP: 3.3 – 12.0V @ 22WQC2.0: 5V 9V 12VQC3.0 12.02V MaxPE+1.1PE+2.0Summary-------------This is a beast of a charger. It has a good weight for its size, giving you a sense of confidence in its ability to deliver. This is backed up by its features listed above. I have tried this charger and lead on many items, and all of them charge as expected. I would recommend this to anyone that asks.

The king of chargers
Been through so many chargers over the years that I have lost count and often the wattage they are capable of delivering is not enough for various different devices, or very slow charging - at best. With this big thing, and the mammoth 140W charging it provides, I have been able to charge both my laptop via the USB c port, my phone and an iphone too. As it has a PD chip it will deliver the power a specific device needs, which is always handy. It is larger than most charger plugs I have seen, which is a non issue, and indicative of the build quality and engineering that has went into the plug. Very pleased with the plug and the provided USB c cable, of course you can mix and match with other cables too, for example I had no issues charging a lightning device with this. Great charger and decent value given how versatile it is!

Not a Magsafe connector - Doesn’t fit my MacBook Pro Mid 2015
Unfortunately this charger doesn’t fit my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) as it uses a Magsafe connector for charging so I can't give it a proper performance review and can only comment on visibly what I see on the quality. My newer work MacBook has USB C slots on the side of it but I’m not sure they are used for charging as it also has a Magsafe charging port. They’ve tried to give it an Apple looking style and feel although its quite a bit bigger than a normal Apple charger.Something seems a little bit dodgy about it for me. The plug case doesn’t look like its flushly put together. The USB C cable seems sturdy and durable.

A proper beefy charger, with fantastic build quality!
This is easily the chunkiest charger I've had and probably isn't ideal for use as a travel charger unless you really need the extra power, but for use around the home it's absolutely fantastic! The bulky size is put to good use with the 140W of juice it's able to put out, which should be more than enough for even the biggest laptops or handhelds!I don't have any device to test the actual output stats unfortunately so I'm just going to need to take the manufacturer's word on that, but it absolutely seems to charge my MacBook just as fast as the official charger in my usage at least.Bonus points for the fact it comes with a long, high quality charging cable as well, which has a very similar look and feel to the official one!

High-speed charging for laptops
This charger has been excellent for powering up my laptop. It's compatible with a range of USB-C devices, making it quite versatile. The fast charging capability is impressive, significantly cutting down on the time it takes to charge. Its lightweight and compact design make it ideal for travel. The safety features, such as overheat and surge protection, provide peace of mind. The long cable offers flexibility, and its durable build resists tangling and wear.

A beast of a charger
I've been using this charger regularly for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really impressed with it.It sure is a hefty device, but whereas I was having to carry a USB-C phone charger and a 65W HP laptop charger in my bag for work, I can now carry this single 140W charger which will satisfy both devices and has significantly reduced the amount of clutter in my bag.I don't have any figures I can quote, but the charger seems to charge my phone as fast as my fastest wall charger. It also charges my HP Zbook 15u laptop at the same speed as its standard 65W charger. The charger plug itself feels good quality with a lovely gloss white finish. I like the fact that the 3-pin UK plug part is removable, which means it can be packed a little flatter in situations where space is tight. The plug part slides into place with a solid "click", and does not feel like it could easily come loose. The cable is substantial, with a soft-touch white finish, and I've no doubts it could easily deliver the full 140W this charger claims to provide. For just over £30, considering it can replace my original laptop charger and my phone charger, I think this is very good value for money.
