It’s hard to find a protein bar that checks every single box, so I usually settle for most boxes checked. This is the exception. High protein, great macros, clean ingredients only, no artificial sweeteners or stevia, no weird gums, decent fiber, leaves you full and satisfied. But best of all, the flavors of these bars are incredible. I’ve been slowly trying every flavor, waiting for one to disappoint, but they’re all amazing.

These bars are so yummy and I loved that it’s a plant based, low calorie snack. Sometimes you just need something sweet and I reach for the cinnamon cookie dough bar. Sometimes you need a little bit of chocolate, I love the dark chocolate bar.

As someone always on the hunt for high-protein, low-carb snacks, I was excited to try B.T.R. Bar Superfood Keto Protein Bars. From a nutrient standpoint, these bars are fantastic—packed with quality ingredients that fit perfectly into a healthy, keto-friendly lifestyle.Pros:Excellent Nutritional Value: These bars have a great balance of protein and low carbs, making them a solid choice for fueling workouts or curbing hunger.Clean Ingredients: I appreciate the focus on superfoods and natural components—no junk here!Convenient: Perfect for on-the-go snacking or as a quick meal replacement.Cons:Taste Is Just Okay: While the flavor is decent, it doesn’t quite match up to some other brands I’ve tried. While the taste didn’t wow me as much as other brands, they’re still a great option for anyone prioritizing health and convenience.

I was so excited about these. The flavors sounded amazing, snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie, so a chance to eat something similar again peaked my interest. The price was a touch on the high side, so I was hoping for my monies worth. When the package arrived it was so small.. the size of a paperback novel.. this is supposed to hold 12 bars?! They were much smaller than anticipated. And then yeah, I took one bite and wanted spit it out. I'm sorry, but these are just not worth the price. They're not good at all.

These are my new favorite bars! They taste delicious, they fill me up, and they’re low in sugar. I keep one in my purse for when I need a quick protein boost, and they work well as a light breakfast or lunch on-the-go. I like all of them, but the Cinnamon Cookie Dough is my favorite. I’ll be repurchasing soon!

I wanted to love these because I both support the mission of BTR and appreciate the purposeful and clean ingredients. However, the greasiness is unappealing and quite frankly makes them less convenient to me. They’re much smaller than I anticipated. They don’t have the “extra sweet” artificial sweetener taste, but they actually could be a little more sweet or have more standout flavors. I think maybe remove/ substitute MCT oil, personally, if it isn’t critical to making the bar. Lastly, they taste very similar to bulletproof protein bars. I likely will not buy again, but again I love the mission with this company and will try again if they continue to evolve!

Tried a few different flavors. The texture was very dry and the taste was lacking. I didn't feel like it filled me up like a protein bar should. I am trying to finish up the peanut butter chocolate chip as they were too expensive to just toss. I will not be reordering.

Delicious and good for me snack! I love all of the flavors, but peanut butter chocolate is my favorite.
