Piece of junk, fell apart immediately
I will start off by saying I chose this product because I needed a dresser ASAP and this product could be delivered to me the earliest. First, this isn't exactly a critique but something to note-- the package is EXTREMELY heavy. I am a fairly strong person but I could not get this up one easy flight of steps to my apartment in any way. I tried lifting it (impossible), I tried dragging it up, I tried pushing it up from the bottom, NADA. Even the delivery men struggled to bring it to my front door. Eventually I had to resort to taking the package apart in my lobby and carrying it piece by piece upstairs with the help of my roommate. Again not a critique necessarily, just a warning that you need several people and/or an elevator to transport this.Secondly, building this was incredibly confusing. Instead of written instructions the seller provides an app called BILT that has virtual instructions, including models of the pieces and tools and parts. This would be fine except the product did not label ANYTHING. None of the pieces were labeled which was okay because you can kind of make them out from the bad 3d models in the app. But the real problem here was the SCREWS. All of the screws, bolts, dowels, etc were packaged in one bag with no label or separation. Just counting from the app there are 12 different kinds of screws alone of different sizes and forms. I'm pretty good at building stuff and can make an IKEA bed in an hour easy. But this was a disaster. I kept using the wrong screws in the beginning because it's near impossible to identify "screw #26020" from "screw #26039", especially with the horrendous 3d modeling used in the app. Because of this I used the wrong screws a couple times when assembling the drawer slides, by the time I caught my mistake I couldn't remove all of the incorrect screws from their places because of their size (they can go in but not out) so I had to sacrifice one of the drawers. Sure fine, bad instructions but I was willing to take the blame for that one. I would recommend you first sort out all of the screws first but really I recommend you don't buy this product at all.But that wasn't all-- the product itself is extremely cheap. I was following the instructions exactly and this still caused the product to break. For example one part of the instructions asks you to assemble the back piece and slide it into the grooves in the back. Not only was this extremely awkward and near impossible (and the unfinished edge sliced a 5 inch scratch into my forearm btw, the 4th picture is from today which is 4 days after it happened) but it caused the wood to split and break apart at the ends. Again I was following the instructions EXACTLY.Again, I was still willing to let this slide, I just needed a quick dresser to put in my big closet so at least it wouldn't be seen by anyone. Well I finally finish building it after approximately 12 accumulative hours (the app says it should take 1 hour) and place it in my closet only for it to fall apart almost immediately. The drawer fronts do not stay in even if I tighten the camlock as much as possible. It's supposed to stay attached by only 2 small wooden dowels and a camlock, I don't know why this was designed without at least a couple screws involved? Again this happened literally immediately after assembling. I thought again I would stick through with it and reattach them with super glue. But then it became clear that this whole dresser is useless. As you can see in my picture the drawer bottoms are super thin, flimsy sheets of material that can support little weight. It buckled under the weight of the clothes I placed, and trust me it's not a lot as the drawers are pretty shallow -- a couple bras, a mesh bag of underwear, a couple pajama shirts. I didn't over stuff the drawer at all.As you can see from the picture, the drawers didn't fit snugly enough in the sliders to stay in place, the material buckles under very little weight, all of the drawer fronts fell off, and some of the drawers came out completely as well. Not to mention I could tell this was a fragile beast so I was handling it very gently. Again I am not exaggerating when I say this dresser went from fully assembled (3rd picture) (note the missing bottom drawer I was going to use as a shoe rack) to a pile of garbage in less then 24 hours (first pic). This was after spending many painful hours crouched over it and trying to make sense of the ridiculous instructions. I have never in my life taken the time to write an amazon review good or bad, but I am so disappointed in this product that I had to say something. This was for a product that cost me $150!!! I'm better off picking up a used dresser off someone's stoop and lugging it back home then investing in this scam. As if this any of this wasn't bad enough, now I have the tortuous task of dragging this extremely heavy piece of garbage out to the front of my apartment for the garbage truck to pick up. Whatever you do do not bother with this product.

Super Cute
I got this dresser for my daughter, it is super cute but the drawers aren't very big. Not a huge deal since she is a toddler. This dresser was kind of a pain to put together and I ended up breaking it while putting it together, my husband fixed it and finished putting it together. The instructions were all over the box and pages were not numbered so I had a hard time figuring what came first. still worth the purchase if you are handier than I am with putting things together.

For better or worse
I ordered 2 of these, the first one came with extra parts which was nice but the second one was missing some major parts, after contacting the seller they r going to send me the parts I need and hopefully it will go smoothly. It is really heavy, dosent move around well, chips really easily, but it Dose have a nice color, and because its so heavy it doesn't wabble around, the drawers r smooth when u pull them out, and they are a nice height too. Overall though it is a hassle because of the missing parts it is worth it once u set it up. (Its a good height for a TV)

Worst Customer care
The supplier expects the buyer to have so many tools to assemble this product. No general buyer like me would be equipped with all those tools. Usually, I have seen furniture products are easy to assemble with just an Allen key. We would not know until we open the box and take out all pieces to find the instruction manual. The Instruction manual is also not clear, and they ask us to download an app and from there we have to go to the assembling videos and follow it. Very cumbersome process. I wanted to return this. But unfortunately, the packing box was not in good shape, and I had to discord it. There were so many pieces of material and did not know how they can be packed again. So, l was left with no option but to keep it and find ways to assemble this. My request to Amazon is not to have such user/buyer un-friendly sellers. If at all they want to sell such products they should provide all necessary tools required by assembly.

Expect damage
I just want to say that I generally like leaving good reviews and rarely will take time out to leave a negative one but.... I just want it to be known that I had ordered 2 of these dressers for my kids and I expected them to be cheap and that is what I was looking for because lets face it kids tear things up and mine are still little....but I received them in such bad condition that I was sent two more and told to throw the first two out and I was given a $25 credit for inconvenience . That was fine and I waited another 4 or 5 days to get the second one's . upon opening the second set I found damage and even tried to find spare pieces from the first set to swap out but most of the wood was damaged.... on top of that pieces were not labeled I think I found one or two that had been labeled but that was it. All screws and pegs and plastic pieces are thrown in a plastic baggie together which was not labeled but we figured it out. The dressers are small which is fine by me because like I said they are for my kids but as an adult I wouldn't recommend them to another adult because your t shirts wouldn't fit unless you like rolled them or something . Overall I wish that I would've listened to the other reviews and probably just found something cheap on craigslist for the kid's or something after all the trouble and work it took to get and put these together and now I have two boxes of damaged wood to try and get picked up by the city...

Decent dresser
You get what you pay for with this dresser. It’s small, takes a while to build and isn’t the best quality but it works for us! We needed just a small dresser in our bedroom and didn’t want to spend a ton of money and are pleased with what we got. We added our own knobs to it which definitely upgraded the look so I recommend doing that. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to put it together, it took my husband 2 hours to complete.
