Super soft!
I ordered the gymnastics blanket. It is extremely soft and not very heavy. It will be fine for taking to meets. I am going to steam it before hand because it comes compressed and the pile on the dark colors shows white, because it was so wrinkled. I'm hoping this will help. Overall, I know the girl I am giving this to will be thrilled.

Small in size but my granddaughter loved it.
This was a great purchase. I just wish that I would have bought the bigger size. The colors are very vibrant. You won't be disappointed. It was perfect for a travel blanket for my 10 year old granddaughter.
