These are definitely Value for Money. The best I've found easy to use, you can feel the heat off them as soon as they go on plus they don't smell like others I've tried. I got great Pain relief from them and they last 12hours āŗļø

Makes knee feel warm and does help with mobility but we are all different

Didnāt work for me
Thin and sticky with faint herbal scent. Didnāt feel any warmth or beneficial effects to my 71 year old arthritic knees. Better off with a heat pad I think
