I have been using this mouth guard along with the nose thing past week.I'm a loud snorer and I was hoping this product would help.After asking my partner if they noticed the difference I've been asked to stop using it as its make my snoring so much worse.So if your a bad snorer, I would avoid this product its a waste of money, feel more like a gimmick than a solution. Not the most comfortable mouth peice. Nose things fit very well, no fall out through the night

This really will stop you from snoring. I've been using it for the last couple of weeks and find I sleep much better too. I'm putting this down to the nasal dilators. Breathing is improved, snoring is gone and my wife doesn't move to the spare room in the middle of the night!It's all delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene and the guard moulding is really quick and easy. Once moulded, it fits really comfortably and the storage case is great for keeping the guard and dilaters together and just chucking in the bedside drawer.This has to be the cheapest and easiest snoring solution. Highly recommended!

I liked the way it is packed, it looks nice an small, however ive bought this for my partners snoring but everytime my partner tries to put in his mouth he feels sick, he feels its to bulgy, tooo thick.Not good for us

I used to wake myself up snoring, and others in my house but this set has almost completely eliminated my snoring. It aids falling asleep quicker and when I wake I feel like I’ve actually rested. This kit is great value for money and fits perfectly. The extra nasal vents are useful to find the right size for your nose, and the mouthpiece is incredibly easy to mould. Very happy to have this kit and wish I had bought it sooner.

Bought the product after reading good reviews but I didn't work for me. Followed all the instructions, moulded the mouth piece and used it for a week. First couple of days the mouth piece was uncomfortable to sleep with but eventually got used it. Please note the mouth piece makes A LOT of pressure to the jaw and teeth while twisting an turning at night. One of my front lower teeth got a little chip in the process 😔

It's not the most comfortable thing to wear but you will get used to it in time. It took me about a week or so, but I'm fine with it now. My wife can confirm that I no longer snore, so for me, it's money well spent. The travel case was a bonus, so it will be coming on holiday with us.
