This wireless remote keypad is a true universal keypad…the list of compatible garage door openers seemed overwhelming. On that note, because I don’t know which Genie garage door opener that I have, it did take me three tries before I was able to pair it up with the keypad!Three times sounds like a lot, but it only took me about five minutes.

Followed instructions multiple times, but with no success.

This keypad is on exact copy of the Genie OEM keypad, down to the factory default code. Very easy to program and at less than half the cost of the Genie.However, be careful during installation. The included screws are made from very soft metal. They strip easy and, as you can see from the attached picture, break easily.If going directly into wood, I recommend a larger starter bit than the one in the instructions. In addition, use an old life hack by using a little dish soap on the screw before screwing it in.Rating reflects this issue. Otherwise a five star purchase.

Worked very well with my Chamberlain garage door opener. Was super easy to set up (kind of like a remote with some extra steps to set up the PIN code).It was easy to mount, and now I won't get locked out of my garage. Worth it!
