The smell is such that I can't take them. My brother also ordered Sanopoly and Kion and he likes the size of the Sanopoly so we traded off his KION aminos for the Sanopoly I ordered. He says other than sleeping more soundly, he can't tell a difference. What I can tell you is that the Kion are amazing! I sleep more soundly, no waking several times a night, I have more energy and when I work out I don't experience the degree of muscle soreness as in the past. The Sanopoly odor was so strong that my urine contained the smell. I discontinued taking after gagging down for 3 days. I literally gagged when trying to take them the smell is so horrid.I am a huge believer in taking essential amino acid supplements to prevent or correct an imbalance. Think about it, Amino Acids are the building blocks for protein and proteins are the "building blocks" for our body. Let that sink and realize the critical role Amino Acids play. Vegans like myself have to supplement or be extremely creative in the kitchen to consume the Amino Acids needed by our body. I rated this low because I could not get past the smell for a long enough period of time to ascertain any potential benefits. While this product may work for others, it was not the product for me.

i am using it to jump start mymetabolism and weight loss. so far its working ,but is a little slow.

This is a great product---I am using it to lose weight-so far it has helped me lose 6 pounds. I will definitely buy again.

Good size capsule and no foul smell.
