Ok ... Let’s say this balloons are beautiful!!!!!!!!!! But I’m going to tell you the true ... if u want the confetti to stick you have to do the high float !!!!! and that’s going to be an extra cost I had to pay 3.99 X balloon for the helium and 1$ extra for the hi float !!! So I spend 65$ to have the look of the confetti sticking to the balloon. I try the two puffs of hair before the helium and they balloon didn’t last an hour and the confetti didn’t even stick as good as with the high float ! The lady say the moisture from the blowing to puff and then add helium makes the balloon 🎈 not to fly for long. So if u don’t want them to fly then do the puff but if you want them to fly for more then 30 min then go with the high float. So if you want to get this balloons they are absolutely beautiful but it’s an investment the it’s going to cost you. I’m in Virginia and party City don’t do that type of confetti balloons. I hope this helps someone because first I was disappointed with the price but then I wanted the look so I made the investment

Bought these for my Daughter's Sweet 16 Surprise Party. I took them to a local Balloon and Party Supply store (Not a Big Box Chain) I paid $1.50 per balloon to fill them. Since I was using them right away, I did not pay for High Float. They are still up 48 hours later. We followed the instructions for the confetti but was not able to get them to look like the photo at all. Although it was disappointing to me, they were still gorgeous and we received a ton of compliments. One balloon had a hole in it and we were not able to inflate but I do think the company would have taken care of it IF I had asked, I did not. I received the email with the specific instructions on how to blow up the confetti balloons and it was super helpful and easy to understand. If I needed anything like this again I would highly recommend this company and this product.

This was perfect for the bridal shower I hosted. I was worried the colors were going to be too pink and feel like a baby shower but they weren’t! A never nice rose gold color and perfect amount of confetti’s balloons. They were a little hard to tie, not super stretchy, so just have some help or your fingers will get tired! Overall very happy with how it turned out.

Very happy with the garland. Watched a couple YouTube videos before assembly. The clear confetti balloons begin to turn white after 24 hours so I suggest you place those in last with the glue dots. First photo is 24 hours after assembly. The second photo is 4 days after. Some shrinkage in balloons inbetween but overall it held up very well until day 6. Just keep it out of the heat or display right away on warm days. Heat is the enemy.

Bought for my daughter's wedding shower and it did not disappoint. Looked really nice and was a great backdrop for pictures.

This took a very very long time to assemble (it was our 1st time making one) but everyone loved the look. We used only half of it for a gender reveal party. The balloons were very good quality and it shipped very quickly. It was perfect for around any backdrop.

Got these for when our daughter brought her baby home from the hospital. It does take some time to do this and i highly suggest getting help to do it. It took us a hot minute to get the hang of blowing the balloons up but once we did it went pretty smoothly.
