I like these paper sheets as liners for deep fried food. They soak up lots of grease from deep fried foods and makes cleanup a breeze.2 sheets are more than enough for extremely greasy foods. It wont permeate to the second layer. When I was finished it did leave a spot or two behind on the plate underneath but it was almost nothing compared to what was on top of the paper. Not enough to deduct a star.These sheets are large, 12” square. I used one of those lightweight wheat straw plates in the 10” size underneath and it worked perfectly.

I have been using them for french fries after I have let them rest for 30 seconds before putting them into the pan with the paper on them. I have also used them under hot bowls to help deal with the heat of carrying them. Pretty good for use after cooking cookies to set them to dry on. I also like the buffalo pattern which goes great with a lot of my kitchen design. Overall they hold up well, no faults from using them the past few weeks.

I originally got these to wrap my kid's burgers in figuring that if it looks fun they might eat more. The kids love it BUT I'm more excited about the easy clean up for burger nights or BBQs. These would be a great basket liner for nachos or chili cheese fries too! So while these would be great for a restaurant or a bakery, I'm loving them for here in my home kitchen. They are perfectly waxed, so they don't get soggy. This size is a little small to wrap a larger burger but fit regular size burgers just fine. I will be ordering more as soon as these are used up!
