Good support for the price
Comfortable, perfect fit to size ordered, moderately high arch support. Since I bought these yo inswrt in house shoes, they're great. I'm buying them again for other casual shoes. For walking shoes or boots I will need a higher arch and a more substantial material, but these are perfect for slippers, sneakers, and house mocs.

Great inserts
As advertised! This really helps cushion less supportive shoes and they fit just fine. Decently durable as well.

Good value, 5 stars with the right shoe; they don't work as well with low-backed shoes
Item description: arch support gel insolesBrand: GoForwardItem: B0C7KMCSBHDate received: 2023-09-12Headline - Good value, 5 stars with the right shoe; they don't work as well with low-backed shoesProduct Claims1 pair, arch-support pain-relief gel shoe insolessize: L (men's 11-12.5 US, women's 12-12.5)The item arrived in a commercial pasteboard box. The product description shows the L size as men's 11-12.5, but yet the box says the applicable range is 10.5 to 11.5. Regardless, the size is true to the description, and they fit well without either being too loose, or needing trimming in my men's size 12US shoes. You can trim down to a smaller size as needed; there is a guide for trimming on the bottom. The heel support was very thick and comforting, but it raised the foot enough that the shoe you use needs to have a high back itself, or else your foot will slip out of the shoe (and you will feel greater pressure on the top of your foot). That heel support, good for what it is, is also the basic limiting factor for these insoles - it cannot work with every shoe. Also the arch support is very good, but designed for arches at a medium height - anyone with very high arches may want to look for a higher arch support. The quality is excellent. The gel insoles provide great cushioning. These worked great in a pair of casual shoes of mine that needed greater support and cushioning.

Great for those who over-pronate
I ordered these for stability control. I have orthotics that I normally wear because I overpronate badly, and it hurts the knees and wears out your shoes. These had a noticeable ability to keep your feet from collapsing inward. There is a well-defined arch that has a pretty fair amount of padding. These insoles have a deep heel cup to help keep the foot and ankle aligned. The overall feeling is a cushioned, controlled feeling. There is a thick gel cushion under the heel. They also have a nice cover on the top side of the insoles. These are a nice pair of insoles, and will work in place of my orthotics in the shoes I put them in. Very comfortable.

Nice cushioning but feel hot to me
Thankfully I read reviews before ordering and saw the sizing chart on the box in the 4 star review by Silver Arrow, and ordered an XL per that recommendation. Given how much I cut off, I could probably have gone with an X but the XL worked out OK.Pros:Price is goodPadding is very comfortableOverall construction is goodCons:They feel hot to meNot as stiff as I'm used toI have custom orthotics made by a sport doctor in 2009 that are still going strong, they cost me in the $400 to $500 range.. Recently I started running after laying off around 9 months and about 2 weeks into it started getting a pain on the inside of my left knee. I thought the orthotics must be the issue so ordered a pair of these to see if they'd make any improvement. The results are mixed.I can say that after a couple of runs on a treadmill, putting in about 8 miles, the knee pain isn't gone, but seems reduced quite a bit. With my old inserts, I was limping a little for about 10 minutes until I got warmed up and the pain calmed down. With these insoles, I'm starting off at more of the calmed down point, but it pretty much stays there. So not gone, but at least I don't feel like I might be injuring myself by pushing thru the pain on the others. The problem for me, however, is that these new insoles feel hot to the point that I'm going to switch back to my old inserts and see if the knee pain (and limping) comes back. I'm thinking the pain is just a startup phase I'm going thru, so if these new insoles can get me over that hump, then they'll have been worth it. And if I have to get into alternating between old and new, that's fine too.I'm adding some pictures so you can see the difference between these new blue inserts and my old ones. First off, there's a picture of the bottom of the new ones where you can see some lines they molded into the toe end, which I assume are lines where you should cut for various foot sizes. They don't have them labeled with any sizing, however, so hard to be sure. The dark blue pen line beneath their lines is where I traced my old orthotic to get the size I need. So you see, I could probably have gone down a size to X.The heel view shows their left insert up next to my old right side insert, so you can see the difference in height. Their arch height is pretty high. The bottom view shows the padded areas, with the dark blue area feeling particularly squishy, like gel. I think it's this part that makes these feel so comfortable compared to my old ones. But notice where the yellow sticky is on my old ones, I think this is the difference that makes these new ones feel hot to me because on their's, that area is pretty filled in with that black foam. To show that in detail, the last 2 pictures are a close up side shot of that area on both inserts, where you see the clearance under my old insert is much higher. I think this makes my old inserts breathe better. So I'm going to alternate between these for a few runs and see what develops. These new ones are pretty comfortable as far as cushioning goes, but they don't breathe well enough to keep me from wanting to go back to my others. For the price, however, they're great in order to have an alternate set to experiment with.
