Saved the Day
These worked wonders on my new shoes. The issues I had, and I suspect other reviewers had was when I attempted to use them on shoes I’d already worn. Obviously, it’s hard to get a good “stick” with scuffed soles. Loved these—saved me from many face plants on my slippery office floors!

Sticks well and provides traction
Good deal at 16 pcs. Sticks well, and gives just enough extra traction. Can be cut to fit the bottom of a shoe. Does not interfere with walking or running, and you can't really even tell that it's there.

Worked great!
I ordered shoes for my graduation from Amazon that I loved, but they were very slick on the bottom. I was terrified of slipping onstage, and these worked perfectly! I put them on the front of the shoe and cut them to fit the heels -- I had zero problems!

comfortable and sticks to the shoes!
the cushions are very comfortable. If you get pain on the ball of your heels this will definitely help! Just remember if your shoes are already tight this might make it a little tighter. The adhesives stick well to the soles of the shoes and being as clumsy as I was, I dropped it a few times initially but it still worked! :D

Not for walking on hot grounds
I followed the directions for placing on the bottom of my shoes. I live in S. FL and at work, I take a 15 minute break and walk around the building. I noticed after about 5 minutes of walking, it was sliding around the bottom to the point where when i looked down, i could see it sticking out at the side......without lifting my shoes. I figured maybe it was the surface of that particular shoe, but on another one, same thing happened. Except this time, coworkers noticed and actually thought i had stepped in something. And this is days after application, so i'm sure it dried properly. I guess the heat here melts the adhesive, and makes it move. Not ideal for our whether since the sun shines nearly everyday of the year.

Not great
First of all, they wear off very quickly. The edges are already rubbed away after one day of wear (I wear the pair of shoes to work so no aggressive amount of walking and most of the time on carpeted/wooden floor except for my 25 mins subway commute). So yes they are anti-slippery but I would not recommend them for durability at all.In addition, peeling them off is absolutely a nightmare (and it will happen considering they are not very durable). The aftermath of sticky, gooey residue is definitely something neither I nor my shoes would want to go through again. I tried the hairdryer trick that often works for peeling off stickers but it does not quite help in this case. If the not-so-impressive durability is somewhat bearable, the messy residue is what makes me decide NOT to recommend the product at all.

Great, until you walk around...
These went on great; stuck to the shoe and made the shoes non-slip. But, after wearing for a couple of hours, I looked down to see that the pads were hanging off the side of my shoes. I was really embarrassed because I had just left a meeting where my shoes were clearly visible, so I'm sure having these weird black pads hanging off the edges of my shoes looked quite strange. I already had another pair attached to a different pair of shoes, and thinking that it might have just been a problem with the soles of the first pair, I went ahead and wore the different shoes around. Sure enough, the pads slipped right off the edge of those shoes, too. These just don't stay put. Complete waste of money....plus you look like an idiot with what looks like half your shoe sole hanging off the sides. Pass on these.

Adheres well and stays on providing extra grip.
I ended up using these for a non standard purpose. My work boots became slippery to the point they would slide out beneath me with each step on slick surfaces. Placed two of these on each boot and it has grip again! Works well in a pinch and I'm sure it would work great with shoes its designed for aswell
