Fantastic value for money
I have ordered two these chairs. They are fantastic. And I was amazed with a quick two day delivery.

Excellent Value for Money
The chair arrived very quickly and was simple to put together, requiring no tools or expertise. The reclining function is noisy but I think that's just a bit of 'squeeking' from the new fabric and upholstery and I'm sure it will settle in with use. The chair is great quality, very sturdy and with a smooth rise and recline action. The massage function has several settings and a handy timer. The heat function works quickly and is very soothing. Overall, I'm thrilled with this chair; I just wish I'd purchased it sooner!

Better quality than I expected, for the reasonable price.
This BTM Electric Power Lift Recliner Chair is of better quality than I expected, for the price.£399.98 may not be a lot of money, when it comes to furniture, but it is to me. So, I was pleasantly surprised, when I unpacked this chair. It arrived within five days, in two separate boxes, delivered by two different couriers, on the same day; curious.PROS:The chair appears to be well made, and the covering material is very soft and comfortable. It almost reclines into a bed. :0)The Power Lift does make it much easier to get out of the chair, and the motor is relatively quiet.I managed to assemble it, on my own; I'm 73. But it is not as easy as some of the reviews, and the advert description suggests, and you might need some assistance getting the heavy main seat section, out of the box.The instructions, both diagrams and words, are mostly clear to follow, apart from STEP 3, which I initially mistook for the back of the chair, not the front. :0(Step 1. Engaging the front slots of the side cushions is quite difficult, due to the overhang of the seat cushion. Once get the first part of the front ones started, the rear ones slide in quite easily.Step 3. I found fitting the two Anti-fall brackets easiest to do, with the chair leaned over on its back.CONS:Step 2. I found it difficult to get the Backrest fully inserted, onto the two base unit prongs, and latched, without a great deal of persuading, with a soft hammer. After Step 3: IMPORTANT!!! They warn you to make sure that the cables at the rear, 'are pulled out and behind the chair'. This is a design flaw 'get out' clause. Because, as you cannot actually see these cables, whilst sitting in the chair, I feel that getting them trapped in the lifting mechanism, should not even be possible. :0(The motor is TEDIOUSLY SLOW. :0( :0(The combined switch and USB socket unit, is only provided on the right-hand side, and the side cushions cannot be swapped: NOT GOOD FOR LEFT-HANDED PEOPLE!FYI: Lefties are still referred to as 'sinistral', in the scientific community, a term derived from the Latin word 'sinister' meaning 'of the left.' Being left-handed isn't a protected characteristic, unlike the 9 protected characteristics set out in The Equality Act 2010.I find that the two side pockets are set too low, for me, and can be difficult to reach.High-resiliency foam cushions? I've had this chair for two weeks, and the bottom cushion is starting to sag a little. This section needs to be much firmer, than the rest of the foam, and I'm not sure about its longevity. The lower back lumber cushion, has also annoyingly compressed and flattened slightly. However, this has had the benefit of making the heat more noticeable. I do like the heated lumbar section. :0)Although the material looks and feels very nice, the bottom cushion can be slippery, as the chair becomes fully raised. I felt myself slipping forward, whilst only wearing socks, on my smooth laminate flooring.'Here endeth the first lesson.' And after this protracted review, I now need a nap in my new comfortable chair. :0)OVERALL: However, apart from a few niggles, so far I am pleased with my purchase, which comes at a reasonable price for what you get. :0)

Good value for money
Bought for the baby’s nursery (white sofa). I did not realise it is a vibrating chair, still can’t see this in the description, however I’m not complaining…comes with a separate remote for this if it’s something you want to use, if not you can just unplug it.Also comes with an LED blue light underneath which makes the room nice and cosy…again didn’t see this in the description but not disappointed by these features…my partner loves it!Quality seems great, easy enough to put together and great value for money with it being pretty sturdy and comfortable too. All in all good purchase, very happy with it.
