There is nothing wrong with the frame itself or it's quality for the price. I bought the frame in error. I thought you could fit the entire plastic CD case in the frame (which is what the artist signed) whereas this frame is only deep enough for the inner sleeve only - not sure who pulls that out for a passing signatory but nonetheless. I was disappointed by the response from the seller when I asked for my options and if it was possible to send it back (at my cost) for a refund for a simple error. The responses were short, blunt, like what I was asking was too much of an effort. I had to ask multiple times for the returns address and really had to almost fight to get anywhere. It really soured a simple error of purchase and returns so I have decided to keep the frame as I feel even if I returned it, I wouldn't get a refund.

Not great, had issues lining up cd and keeping it in position, feels very cheaply made.

Frame 2 was flimsy. And the sticker on front of perspex has spoilt my frame.
