I’ve had several cold brew makers in the past but this one is by far my favorite. On the x bold setting, it makes really strong cold brew coffee. It does take longer (about 20 minutes) than the other strength settings, but it is well worth the wait and 20 minutes is still faster than my previous favorite brand that always seemed to leak. I haven’t tried the weaker settings just because we like it strong. I also noticed how clear my cold brew comes out compared the cold brew that I made with my other makers, which was rather cloudy.The Vinci is quiet and really easy to clean. It makes awesome iced tea as well.

Like many others, I have been making my cold brew by stewing it over night. Which is great, but if you have guests, or are on a coffee bender, then you quickly drink it all, and have to drop back to making coffee the regular way.I spotted the Vinci though, and thought it was a great way to fill the gap. All the lovely cold brew taste, but in minutes, not hours.I've used it a handful of times now, and the coffee that it makes is genuinely great. No problems there. But the design of the machine means that prepping then cleaning up is a horrible messy process. Coffee, water and grounds everywhere. And the convenience of the quick brew, just doesn't offset the cleaning grief.I'll be going back to the regular cold brew pot.

i had an issue with my motor not turning on and customer service was absolutely amazing with helping me exchange it out for a new one. super friendly and easy to work with. Well, i ended up spraying the insides with some computer contact cleaner spray and my unit is working again so i don't need to exchange it after all. But I am extremely happy with this cold brew vinci coffee maker.

I'm really impressed at how pure and tasty the cold brew comes out when I brew with this. I use Costco's Kirkland brand beans, grind them coarse, and run them through the brewer on X-Bold. What comes out is never cloudy and very rich in flavor. This is way better than the results I would get from passively brewing cold brew in the fridge overnight in other brewers. It's way faster, cleaner, and tastes better.

I'm a cold brew person. I love the lower acidity and extra caffeine. I've purchased a few cold brew makers in my day, and this is BY FAR my favorite. I can't believe this even exists. It costs about $20-$30 more than my other purchases, but this is so far superior it's ridiculous. All the others I've owned take at least 24 hours to brew, while this machine makes amazing "Bold" cold brew in about 15-20 minutes. I can't say enough about how much I love this machine. Easy to use. Easy to clean. It's perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
