Colourstrology: what your birthday colour says about you.
I received this book yesterday and after a quick 10 minute scan read, must admit it makes an ideal coffee table reading book. I wouldn't take it too literal regards colour matching per individual birthdays as everyone has their own colour preferences. After looking at my own particular colour assigned to birth date I didn't agree to the Authors choice. I studied art and design many years ago and know that 12 basic colours mixed, should provide 144 other colours. Various authors on astrology including Sepharial use colours in relation to the charts houses. I already have a book called 'The Birthday Book' that contains a minefield of information in relation to the 365 days of the year and the individual including astrology/ numerology/ tarot and colourss etc. Out of curiosity I looked at the birth dates of people I know and tried comparing this to their associative colours and really don't feel it reflects their personal choice to match their personalities. The book however still has potential to be used for selecting colour for fashion or decorating a flat as the colours are based on Pantone decoder chart. For me I don't think I will use this book in my interest in astrology hence rating it 5 out of ten.

Colourful and fun book
This book is a great thing which helps to choose the colour for your mood, or explain your choice of the colour for the day... Wonderful handbook with a full cut-off pantone palette at the end. There is a whole science of how colour influences the mood, this book is the one that will help to understand the basic colours and is wonderfully connected with the astrology. Alone or with your friends, you will not regret of having it on your bookshelf.
