Great value - too bad it's uses Homekit-only
As a smart WiFi-controlled dimmer switch it works fine, and with the added value of the IR presence sensor it's a great value at the current discounted price. It's not the most ergonomic design, but it's usable enough. Installation and setup documentation is sketchy but sufficient. There is no documentation about the operation of the switch, so Incipio dropped the ball there. The thing that really hurts it is that it's designed to work only with Apple Homekit. Incipio at one time planned to run their own server and provide Google Home and Alexa support, but after a clumsy start they just abandoned it. The Alexa skill is still there in the app store, but there's no Incipio server for it to talk to any more - it should be removed. Incipio's CommandKit app works on iOS 9 through 11, but they have abandoned it now and won't be supporting iOS 12. It does work with Home Assistant using the add-on Homekit integration, so that is an option for the future - but you still need a working iOS app to set the device up in the first place. Fortunately other generic Homekit apps will do that job even if Incipio's app no longer works, but there's no way to do it from Android.I've never seen another WiFi dimmer switch available anywhere near this cheap, but be aware of the software issues before you buy.

and they have been pretty useless. One email said it works with HomeKit ...
I actually don't have this -- I've tried asking their customer support for details on its Apple HomeKit & Siri integration, and they have been pretty useless. One email said it works with HomeKit but doesn't work with Siri which doesn't make sense, and contradicts what another review says here. Without definitive, credible info on how it works I can't seriously consider it. Looking at the similar dimmers from iDevices and Leviton instead.UPDATE: now Incipio support said theyve talked to the product team and it DOES support HomeKit, but that you must use the Apple Home app and not their app.

This Item has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
This switch is a discontinued item and currently obsolete.Inicipio support was awesome, but since the item was discontinued two years ago because of a low level change in Apple’s security, they can no longer support this device.I recommend moving on and buying a switch that is not discontinued.

Garbage
I was excited about combining a motion activated light switch to my Apple HomeKit system. (I’m an electrician and a tech geek) The Incipio smart wall switch was anything but smart. It decides when to turn on and how long to stay on. It would turn itself on with nobody near it. It would stay on for hours at a time. The motion setting is not programmable or adjustable. The minimum for on time is 10 minutes. Too long after someone leaves the room. The switch also became very warm. Warm enough to warm up the surrounding wall surface. I do NOT recommend this product.
