Great product, even for commercial use
I work for a shellfish company and we needed to monitor water levels at our hatchery. Other companies that offer commercial products for water level management have expensive support and product plans but the units we got from sump alarm are well built and super easy to setup and install. It's great to have something off the shelf that works so seamlessly. I even contacted Sump Alarm and their customer support is great and talked me through how to wire their alarm box to other switches like a flow paddle switch. We have saved countless hours and dollars thanks to these units. Great product!

Works and looks as advertised
I am very pleased with this product. I served in the Army and this product really demonstrates rugged, military grade appearance compared to devices that I saw while serving. Not that we had any sump pump alarms, but you get the idea as a comparison in craftsmanship. It looks like a true american made product. The install wasn't that difficult, make sure that you are careful tightening the screws with a power drill, as the instructions mention that it's easy to strip the threading of the Phillips head. It may be best to use the instructions recommended screw size and just switch it with a Torque bit head for the screws. That's common with most electronics and mounts though. Otherwise, Awesome product!!!

Good product.
Easy to install. Upgraded 50 year old alarms to the age of mobile notification so I will know when there is an issue with my septic pump tank no matter where I am. Works with old float also.

Very Important Device - High quality + Easy Install = Sleep at Night
This product performs an obviously very important function. It is very high quality, easy to set up, and provides peace of mind. We are using this outside and it is probably 100 feet from our house and still gets and holds the wifi signal. Very impressed.

The alarm was easy to install and is working great
The alarm was easy to install and is working great. You can have them email you for free whenever the power goes out to the alarm, if wifi is disconnected to the alarm or when the water level rises above your set point so you never really have to worry about whether the alarm is actually working properly. For a small fee of $1 a month (I just paid for a full year up front) they will send you a text and voicemail as well but it's not required if you are happy with the free emails. I thought the price of the alarm was very reasonable for the peace of mind it gives me and I am very happy with the product. I just bought one of those pass-through extension cords to plug it in since my sump pump is plugged into a single outlet. Easy install and it just works.
Was easy to install and works as advertised. Nice to have some comfort knowing that I will know when/if my sump pump bonks on me.

Sensor Does it work as advertised
This product only works if the water is crystal clear. If there is any sediment in the water whatsoever. The sensor will not detected.

Creepy Stalker Company Refuses to Support Product
Edit from my review of their other product the Level Sense and everything that happened since thenAwful company. Maybe the product works well for you if you don't have any problems out of the box but heaven help you if you have to contact customer service and don't like 100% of what they do.My original encounter with this product was with their WiFi enabled Sump Alarm. Instead of including a short page of instructions with the product detailing how to setup the WiFi part of the product they make you go to a web page instead, and the webpage is a redirect to a YouTube video. The Sump Alarm is a fairly industrial style product and the kind of people you'd think this product would be aimed at don't want to sit and watch a 10 minute video they just want a short page of instructions they can follow, I didn't want to watch a video, I wanted a short set of instructions, and I told them that the video was BS. This is where I first went wrong. The second problem I had with the Sump Alarm is it flat out didn't work. Well to be more specific it would stop working a short time after plugging it in, 5-10 minutes after. For a short while after powering up the unit would detect liquid just fine but would somehow freeze and if the unit was not alarming when this happened it would never alarm again, and if the unit was alarming when this happened it would continue to alarm until the unit was unplugged. Regardless of whether it was in the short working window it never actually sent me notifications of alarms to my phone but that didn't matter much as the primary function of detecting high liquid levels was completely broken.Products that do not perform their primary function do not get 5 star reviews, they get 1 star reviews, because they don't work.To their credit when I tried to contact them over the weekend they actually did respond to me late on a sunday night and arranged to call me the next day however I decided to return the Sump Alarm as frankly there's nothing really user serviceable about it. It has a power plug on one end and a pair of electronic probes on the other, when you short the probes the alarm should sound in 5 seconds, there's no buttons, no dials or anything else that can really be used to troubleshoot. I was later told they might have asked me to go inside the unit and see if anything was loose but the issue wasn't something related to loose wiring, it was more like a defective timer that failed after a few minutes, since it would work 100% of the time for the first few minutes after plugging it in, unplugging something and plugging it back in doesn't fix loose connections it fixes circuits that have locked up.The device was faulty, I hated the setup instructions, and the review I left for it reflected that.I still needed a sump alarm and really wanted to get remote notifications however and it seems like Sump Alarm Inc is the only game in town for that so I decided to try their Level Sense PRO instead. My sump had been open for 4 days at this point waiting on the new sump alarm and I really wanted to get it closed so I paid to overnight this so I could get things going and get the sump buttoned back up. After I had already purchased this and the product was already on the way the company sent me an email that I didn't see saying they didn't care for my feedback on their video and the review for their faulty product and stated they didn't want me to buy their other products, which at this point was too late.Additionally they decided to go and search my name in search engines because... I don't know why? It's really creepy to go search for people this way. They didn't find much since I don't have much of a social media presence but they did find some now defunct organization that somehow got mistakenly linked to me a number of years ago and that I still deal with unwanted contact about, and decided due to all of this they were going to shut down my account on the cloud service that this product relies on to send notifications. Is there any good reason for them to be looking me up online?Ironically the time all of this was having it seems like the cloud service itself had some fatal database error and was unavailable for any customers for several hours Tuesday night. I wonder how often that happens. They claimed I seemed frustrated and was taking my frustrations out on them and didn't want a customer like that, a customer who was in fact frustrated because of frustrating instructions, complete failure of a product, and now being told he had to return yet another item and order another one again leaving the sump open even longer because they can't handle an upset customer.I demanded an apology for their creepy stalker like behavior and to have my service reinstated on this product and even offered to adjust my original review of the Sump Alarm but instead they decided to call me and tell me what an awful customer and person I was and how nobody wanted to deal with me.Neat.After I took great offense to this and hung up and ceased all communications with them I guess they realized they were actually in the wrong as they sent a refund greater than the cost of this item plus the expedited shipping I paid for but I don't want a few measly extra dollars I wanted a WiFi sump alarm that worked.
