I am a tea drinker. This tea leaf is very very mild. I don't add anything like milk or honey so I am talking about the tea au natural . It has almost no flavor and is very light in color almost like drinking water with an added benefit. . But it is soothing and seems to work just fine. It is mullein which is good for the lungs. I love the shape of the tea bags. Easy to steep = has a lot of surface area for the tea leaves to evenly steep into the water.The taste is amazing after a little getting used to. Im adding this Mate into my morning routine to replace coffee and to help my digestion.
