I only wear these to run in. They are rue to size and very comfortable.

PRO TIP:- To all the people complaining the shoe is too tight or small… LOOSEN THE SHOELACES. Asics are designed this way!! I’ve owned Asics forever, and they all come tightly laced. It’s pretty for display- To fit your foot in comfortably, you need to loosen all the laces to the base and WIDEN.- Finally, pull the tongue FORWARD after you’re done with the laces.- It will fit perfectly afterward. Your only job then is to break in the shoes by using regularly.Pros (assuming you followed the pro-tips to make the shoe fit as designed):- Very lightweight and NON-BULKY. For me, this is very important for shoes. This shoe makes your foot look like a normal foot. So many other shoes are ultra “supportive” and ultra cushioned, but at the cost of adding 3-4 inches to the base, width, and added weight.- Medium support shoe. Many reviews say this shoe is not arch supportive… but I’ve worn so many ACTUALLY unsupportive shoes, that I’m not sure what they mean (ex: stiff flip flops built like crap, ballet flats without any support, extremely flat walking pumas back when it was the craze to feel the ground with 0 support). These shoes ARE supportive, BUT they are not cloud soft/ultra cushioned (ex: New Balances. I like and have a cushioned pair too for days I’m at the office with a standing desk)- Very pretty, neutral yet feminine color. Can walk to work AND wear these inside to an office without any issue, if your office is fairly professional. Just switch to professional shoes before client meetingsCons- If I had to be picky, would be great if soles were ever so slightly softer or already felt “broken in.” I don’t like overly firm (0 support) or overly soft (enormous fluffy bases), either. These are very slightly on the firmer sole side, but they will break in over time (I have many Asics. they all feel GREAT after broken in)

I tried these on at the store, but they didn’t have any colors I liked so I got them on Amazon. Love the lower to ground running shoe. They fit wonderfully and true to size although you might want to bump up half a size if you’re running a lot.

Very comfortable & lite on feet

I use these for lifting, HIIT, and running short distances (2-3 miles) and they are great especially for the price. I overpronate which causes a lot of soreness in my feet and shins and these seem to help.

I was looking for a good training workout shoe and running. Loved how light and comfortable these were. I am size 6 but got 6.5 since i wear a thicker sock

Asics fit my feet well and these are very comfortable. A little noisy/squeaky from the tread at first but after a good walk the noise goes away.

Unfortunately these shoes gives me a lot of pain on the out side of my feet, so much that it is impossible for me to run and or walk in them.. will not buy again
