This is not 8/4 size thread, it is nearer 8/2 size thread
This is incorrectly labelled as 8/4 thread, which is equivalent to 4 ply/fingering weight yarn size, however this yarn is far thinner and more like 8/2 thread.

Useless, it frayed after I had only weaved two rows.Certainly not fit for purpose 😕
