Great product. Great price. Great service and delivery
Firstly must say I was absolutely delighted with the delivery time. They stated it would be delivered between 12th and 21st of April (or thereabouts) and it arrived by the 7th.Bought the same toilet and cistern from another company before at a much greater price. The toilet seat kit is better as is has a rubber base to stop the seat sliding.This is a big toilet so bear that in mind when ordering. The concealed cistern seems a bit flimsy initially but bear in mind it's gonna be hidden and no one will he fiddling with it. The lid and front slide in section are a poor fit but this doesn't really matter. The filling and flushing mechanism is set up already so no need to mess about getting the water lever right.Mind and order a floor fixing kit when your ordering.

Good value back to wall toilet
The pan is well finished and of good quality, and the seat seems good and firm. The adjustment on the inlet valve is quite critical, and it is fiddly to get the cistern at about the right level which is the only reason for not being all five stars. Otherwise assembly and installation is very straightforward. When I had a question, the seller came straight back with a good answer. You have to remember that it is not very expensive for what it is, and it is good value compared with other similar offerings. Also it has a five year guarantee. If you have a water meter, be aware that it is not dual flush but bear in mind you would pay more for that facility. It is nice and neat, with smooth sides to the pan for easy cleaning. The flush seems quite efficient. Would I buy the same one again? Yes.
