Adorable but too small for intended use
These little bowls are adorable but very small. Probably ideal to get recipe spices together before starting but I was looking for bowls to jams, sauces and honey on a charcuterie board.

Beautiful but got gray marks fast
I love the look of these, and bought one set as a gift and two sets for myself later. They have been used almost exclusively as salad bowls, maybe once or twice a week, over the past nine months. The first time they were used one was very marked up by the silverware, and now all of them are. And now the glaze is cracking a little with dark veining along the side of one of them. I'm going to try some baking soda, but I have cheaper white plates and bowls that are unmarked despite years of daily use. So these will likely end up being used as bread baskets from now on. On the plus side, they're heavy and solid and beautiful, and haven't chipped.Edit: I scrubbed them with some cream of tartar (bon ami on the worst one) and the gray marks all came out (and even after drying haven't reappeared so it's not a crazing issue). One still has what's either a deeper scratch or a hairline crack on the side. So I'm revising my review because I really love these bowls, and I don't mind a little maintenance!

Love them!
I use these bowls for sides when serving a table and blending my matcha powder when making teas and they look perfect. They don’t get scratched which is one think I look for when buying serving wear, and they feel very sturdy, plus I love the look of them.

Perfectly imperfect
These are wonderful heavy and perfectly un-perfectly shaped. Minus one star because one of them got a chipped spot in the coating/finish with normal wear within the first couple weeks. The rest have held up beautifully so far and I've just ordered more - working up to 10 or 12 to feed a crowd.

Fragile and beautiful lake most works of art
I love the smile that lit up my daughters face when I gave her these for Christmas. I guess they had long been on her wish list. I am sure they’re pretty fragile and need to be taken care of appropriately and she will. was very special gift for her to get these bowls

slippery
These bowls are lovely and very functional. I use one to make a 2-person apple pie. The size and shape are perfect. The only problem I had was that when removing the hot pie from the oven, the bowl slipped from the potholder when setting it on the cooling rack and the edge of the crust was ruined. It would be helpful, if the outside finish was a bit "rough" to prevent slipping. These bowls will be perfect for soup, stew, pasta, not too shallow, not too deep.

In LOVE with these bowls!!!
I purchased the black bowls with white specks to go with the matching plates I previously purchased from this line. Both the bowls and plates are GORGEOUS. Totally handmade looking, each one is unique and they vary from each other. I think my favorite thing about them is the almost matte finish. Its not the typical shiny glaze on most dishes but still wash up beautifully. They also aren’t perfectly round, which makes them even more beautiful in my opinion. They also came packaged perfectly.

NOT THE SAME DISH
Ordered these several months ago. Were great, well made, durable, head a little weight to them. Reordered more recently, as I really did love these dishes. What I received were VERY thin and flimsy feeling… a completely different dish than I had before. One chipped in first use. Disappointed.
