I love it and bought two for the following reasons:1. Keeps the dust contained2. Kept the burn rate consistent3. Looks nice on the altar4. Simple, clean, and modern looking5. The inverted incense puts a nice touch of class6. Easy to clean**I don't think the glass is dishwasher safe although I would never attempt to do it anyway. It's pretty easy to wash/clean if needed.

I got this for my niece who loves to burn incense. She said it was very elegant and that watching the smoke swirl in the glass was relaxing.

The unit is great for a more controlled burning of incense sticks. No fire danger, no accidental burning of yourself if you accidentally touch it, and no trail of ashes. Easy to clean. My only complaint is if the wire loop at the top that holds the wooden part of the incense stick was a bit easier to insert., especially with these very thin incense sticks. It would be great if they had a model that could hold these long and thicker incense sticks i buy ( about 17 inches) that can burn for about 2 hrs.

Love how easily the incense burns and how lovely the smoke rises. The ashes captured in the glass. Seeing how much incense remains to burn. Nice and clean looking.
