I use these every day in the gym and while sleeping to protect my teeth from grinding. They work well and they are comfortable if formed correctly. I wish they lasted longer. I usually get a month or more out of them before they start falling apart. They would last longer if I didn’t form them to my teeth but that’s what helps to keep them in place. They eventually start to break at the edges of my teeth imprint and the crack connects from tooth to tooth. Then the crack makes its way through to the other side and they are no longer comfortable because they rub my gums. I had the same issue with another brand that was twice as expensive so… these are the best value I have found. I am happy with them but I still feel like they overpriced. Then again everything is overpriced in 2024.

Works as advertised, comfortable fit, no bad taste in your mouth and you can lift more weight. Comes with 2 pairs so you always have a spare.

The side stability pieces irritate my gums. Maybe a little too deep for my teeth. Tolerable for a half hour workout.Gonna try a lower profile 6DS set from New Age.

Too small even after fitting

great product with great value.it is well made product with really great price.previously i used different product in amazon.this product is like half of price as compare to that one. has same quality.recommended for who bite teeth when they lift weight like me
