Good for a novel tasting baklava
An alternative to rose water in baklava. Nice option for a change of taste.

Ordered this in a hurry for a cake recipe. It arrived in plenty of time and completed the recipe, but I'm not sure I will use it again. It's very strong and I prefer a rose flavour, but it's good to try new things.

Shame you can’t do a taste test before buying
Bought this to make baclava at home. I think I maybe used too much of it for my taste but was incredibly strong and overpowering. Think it would be better taste if used less.

authenticity lovely. just used in an orange & poppy seed cake. 30ml was enough to change it from madeira to orange blossom cake with lots of praise.
