Missing 13/18 Components
I received the cooler and it's missing the mounting brackets (both of them), screws, cables, and more! All I received was the cooler, three fans, and 2 cables. I literally can't even install the cooler to the CPU because it's missing the brackets.

Pump broke and within days
When I pay $300~ for a cpu aio, I expect it to have the quality and performance of something that expensive among competitors. Within days of having installed and used this pump my cpu temps suddenly skyrocket to 90-100c and after hours of troubleshooting, replugging cables, ensuring everything is properly installed; I realize the pump itself is broken and essentially unusable.
