DO WE NEED A ELECTRIC WAX WARMER? In order to make the wax easier to work with, you can use a VIVREAL WAX WARMER that brings the body wax up to a high enough temperature that you can spread it, making the entire waxing process a lot easier. IS OUR WAX WARMER THE SAME WITH OTHER WAX WARMERS ON THE MARKET? Even though our electric wax warmer looks similar like other wax warmer, it has many unique points compared to others'. 1) The electric wax warmer has a smart control of the temperature. Our wax warmer heats and keeps your product at the right temperature during your treatment. The wax warmer also allows the product to remain at a heated temperature until you turn it off. 2) The electric wax warmer features a high quality thermal cutoff. Our wax heater comes with a high quality thermal cutoff which is missing in most of wax warmer on the market. Thermal cutoffs are providing protection against potentially hazardous overheating conditions in billions of products around the world. 3) The electric wax warmer is of graceful design! It is not only an appliance for beauty purpose, but also a beauty itself. The button and the indication light are integrated, the finish of the wax warmer is Matte Black. WHY YOU NEED AN ELECTRIC WAX WARMER WITH SMART CONTROL? When wax is warm, but not warm enough, it won't spread as well. Under-heated wax will go on too thick, it doesn't remove hair well and there's more chance of bruising. This is yet another reason it's better to make the investment if you're going to wax often at home. ATTENTION AND TIPS FOR THE WAX WAMER! You do have to be cautious if you have a small amount of wax left in the can even if it maintains at heating temperature, as it will be hotter on the same temperature than with a full can if left on for the same amount of time. Always test a small amount wax on your arm before placing a large amount on target area to wax.

Must Have!!
The warmer was generally bigger than expected - which is prefect. It automatically heats up the wax to the correct temperature. While warming, the light remains red. When the wax is ready to use, the light turns green. The cord is heavy duty and 3-pronged. The top of the clear lid has 3 holes in it - I'm guessing it's to regulate the temperature. I'm am completely happy with this purchase. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend this for home and salon use.

Easy to use!
Easy to use! Light on front glows red when the wax is heating and green when it is being maintained at room temperature - this makes it easy to tell when it is ready for use. The removable bucket holds 14 ounces of wax -- you can use either wax cans, loose wax or bricks. The wax warmer comes in a nice black color which blends in nicely to home décor. When used regularly, you can definitely save money by using this instead of going to the salon every time you need a wax.

I just receive the item and went to plug it ...
I just receive the item and went to plug it in, my socket almost blew. After further inspection, I saw that the cord was frayed and not fully encapsulated. I’d been looking forward to it’s arrival. I looked on the brand website and will be contacting them about the product.

Just OK - very hot
I wish I would have looked at this closer before I ordered. This was my first time trying to wax at home vs how I’ve been going to a salon for nearly 20 years. This model only has an off and on button for the heat feature. I found that it heats the wax to an extreme level and I actually have to heat up the wax and then turn the pot off for a few moments to get it to a safe temperature to use. Overall I’m ok with the pot and the cost saving of doing my own waxing but I would seek something else for a future purchase.

I really love this product
I am new to at-home-waxing ... I really love this product. Easy to use! Heats the wax up in 30 minutes (or less if it's not a full can/tin). I read some reviews from other customers and they said this warmer melted the lid, or the button broke, or it worked the first time but never after that, so I was a bit wary and I waited until I used the warmer at least twice before leaving a review. With 2+ uses under my belt, it's simple to use, the wax doesn't get too hot. My only *small* complaint is that (and maybe it's because I'm new to waxing so the process takes a bit longer for me...) but it doesn't quite maintain the temperature. It keeps it warm, and it's certainly usable, but it does cool a bit and the wax in turns gets more thick, stringy, and difficult to apply. I found an easy way to fix this issue is to simply turn it off and back on once you notice the wax is not as warm. This fixes the issues immediately (ie within 5 minutes) ...Overall, I'd recommend.

Takes waaaaay longer than 30mins to melt wax
I just received this along with the Cirepil wax in a tin can. I waited for nearly 2hrs and the wax did not completely melt. It did not melt in 30mins as advertised. I had to turn it off and let it restart, then it appeared to re-melt more wax, so Idk if it only melts wax the beads in 30mins or what ....idk, but I did have to keep restarting it during my wax session because it appeared to cool down too much, granted I was doing a full body wax (legs, arms, underarms, and ATTEMPTED bikini lol), but still. It does not work as advertised but it got the job down.

Not pleased with it
Waited too long to try and return and now it’s past my return window. Not pleased with it! It takes HOURS for my hard wax to melt and even then, only half of it melts. I can’t even get the full use out of the wax because it’s not even hot enough to take off the hairs. So frustrating!

The electric wax warmer by vivreal home is a great product, and I highly recommend it
The electric wax warmer by vivreal home is a great product, and I highly recommend it. I just recently started using wax, and it's been life changing. Other wax warmers are simply inferrior to this warmer. I love how the warmer will continuously keep the wax at the perfect temperature for as long as you need. I just wish there were a few more temperature options available.
